🎯 Your Mission 🎯

Your primary objective is to construct and scale the agentic infrastructure that drives Lemrock's commerce intelligence. This means transforming raw signals into automated, self-improving systems operating at production scale.

Specifically, you will:

• Analyze extensive conversational interaction datasets (over 100 million events per month) to identify behavioral patterns, intent signals, and performance drivers.
• Design and deploy end-to-end agentic pipelines. This includes data ingestion and enrichment, model orchestration, monitoring, and continuous improvement, all integrated into systems handling millions of daily requests.
• Develop autonomous agents to maintain the accuracy and currency of our knowledge infrastructure.
• Translate insights into iterative improvements in production by updating, fine-tuning, and enhancing our existing recommendation and ranking algorithms. This will be done with strict adherence to latency, robustness, and business outcome constraints.
• Design and train new recommendation models from the ground up when necessary, prioritizing scalability, rigorous evaluation, and deployability in real-world traffic.
